What it is

We run realistic, one-on-one scenarios between your candidates and our actors.

Each scenario is designed around situations the role actually requires—managing a difficult employee, handling a client conversation, navigating conflict, or making decisions under pressure.

Sessions are conducted over Zoom and are recorded for internal review.
